For the Manager and Deputy Manager positions, a Master’s degree in Health Management, Hospital Management, or Business Administration is preferred. Candidates should have 08 to 10 years of progressive experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
Clinical Pathways Management
Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Clinical Pathway
Candidates should have MBBS/BDS, while a Master’s degree in Health Management, Hospital Management, or Business Administration is preferred. Applicants should possess 08 to 10 years of progressive experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
Integrated Medical Services
Consultant – Internal Medicine
Candidates should possess FCPS in Internal Medicine, Diplomate American Board in Internal Medicine, FRCEM, or an equivalent qualification, along with 07 or more years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates who are CPSP supervisors.
Critical Care Services
Consultant – Critical Care Medicine
Applicants should have FCPS in Critical Care Medicine, Diplomate American Board, or an equivalent qualification, with 07+ years of experience. Preference will be given to CPSP supervisors.

Orthopedics & Rehabilitation Services

Candidates should have FCPS in Orthopedic Surgery, Diplomate American Board, or equivalent qualification, with 07+ years of experience. Preference will be given to CPSP supervisors.
Emergency Services – Adult & Pediatric
Consultant
Applicants should possess FCPS in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Diplomate American Board, Pediatric Medicine, Diplomate American Board, or equivalent qualification, along with 07+ years of experience. Preference will be given to CPSP supervisors.
Senior Registrar
Candidates should have FCPS in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, or Pediatric Medicine, along with 01 year of post-FCPS experience.
Nursing Services
Senior Manager
Applicants should preferably have B.Sc.N, while M.Sc.N is preferred, with 10 to 12 years of progressive experience, including at least 07 to 08 years in a managerial role.
Manager
Candidates should possess B.Sc.N, preferably M.Sc.N, with 08 to 10 years of progressive experience, including at least 05 years in an Assistant/Deputy Manager role.
