Sindh Police ASI Jobs 2026 – Shaheed, Deceased & Invalidated Quota

Sindh Police Department has announced recruitment for the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) BPS-11 against the Shaheed, Deceased, Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Quota. Fresh applications are invited from eligible legal heirs having Sindh domicile and fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria.

The recruitment is being conducted against reserved quota posts in different Sindh Police ranges. A total of 139 vacancies are available under the fresh recruitment process.

Mirpurkhas Range: 12 Posts
Larkana Range: 4 Posts

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Graduation degree with at least 2nd Division from a recognized university.

Applicants must also fulfill the prescribed physical, age and quota-related eligibility requirements.

Eligibility

This recruitment is specifically for eligible legal heirs of Shaheed, Deceased, Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Police Employees under the applicable Sindh Police Recruitment Rules.

Legal heirs of deceased and permanently incapacitated police employees are eligible where the employee died, became permanently invalidated or incapacitated on or before 26 September 2024, subject to the stated eligibility requirements.

Legal heirs of Shaheed Police Employees who attained martyrdom up to the closing date of applications may apply under the Shaheed Quota, provided they possess the domicile of the concerned Sindh Police Range.

The recruitment will be processed under the Sindh Police (Shaheed, Deceased, and Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Quota) Recruitment Rules, 2021.

Age Limit

The age limit is 21 to 28 years as on the prescribed closing date.

The advertisement specifically states that no relaxation in the upper age limit, qualification or eligibility criteria shall be granted.

Physical Standards

For Male candidates, the minimum height is 5 feet 5 inches, with a minimum chest measurement of 33 inches with 1.5 inches expansion.

For Female candidates, the minimum height is 5 feet, along with sound health.

Physical Endurance Test

Male candidates are required to complete a 1600-meter run within 8 minutes.

Female candidates are required to complete an 800-meter walk within 14 minutes.

Only candidates who qualify the physical test will be called for the written test conducted through SIBA Testing Services.

Required Documents

Candidates are required to upload the necessary documents with their online application, including CNIC front and back, Domicile, PRC/Form-D, recent photograph and academic documents.

For deceased or Shaheed quota claims, applicants must also provide the relevant Death Certificate, Obituary, Heirship Certificate and other required supporting documents.

Applicants under the permanently invalidated or incapacitated quota must provide the relevant order concerning permanent invalidation or incapacitation.

Applicants under the Shaheed Quota must provide the required Declaration of Shaheed, FIR and Financial Compensation Order, where applicable.

An affidavit from the spouse/widow and other legal heirs of the Shaheed or deceased employee is also required as specified in the advertisement.

How to Apply

Interested candidates are required to complete the online application/registration through the SIBA Testing Services (STS) candidate portal.

After completing the online application, candidates can download the system-generated Rs. 1,500 application challan. The fee can be deposited through an ABL Bank branch, MyABL App or the available 1Bill-linked banking channels.

The application fee is non-refundable.

Candidates must ensure that all required documents are uploaded correctly with the online application. Manual applications will not be accepted.

Important Instructions

Applicants should use their original mobile number while submitting the online application because test schedules, admit slips, results and other recruitment updates will be communicated through SMS and uploaded on the STS portal.

Original certificates and documents will be verified for candidates called for the test/interview. Providing false, exaggerated or misleading information can result in disqualification at any stage.

The reserved quota will first be utilized for the Shaheed category, followed by the deceased and permanently incapacitated categories according to the applicable Recruitment Rules, 2021.

A second claim against the Shaheed Quota will only be entertained in the circumstances specified in the advertisement, including legal heirs whose father, brother or husband embraced martyrdom after the promulgation of the Shaheed Act-2014 on 11 June 2014.

Candidates whose father or mother died or became invalidated before 02 September 2002 are not entitled to recruitment under the deceased/invalidated quota.

Candidates are advised not to apply if they do not meet the prescribed eligibility criteria.

No TA/DA will be provided for the physical test, written test or interview.

Sindh Police reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.

Last Date to Apply

The last date for submission of online applications is 15 October 2026.

The age of applicants will also be calculated as of 15 October 2026, according to the advertisement.
