The Controller of Examinations position is a tenure post for three years, while the Assistant Director Accounts position under the Project Management Unit is contractual for two years.
Controller of Examinations – BPS-20
For the position of Controller of Examinations, candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized higher education institution. Candidates must have no third division in their academic career, while preference will be given to highly qualified applicants.
The maximum age limit is 45 years.
Candidates are required to have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Examination Department of a university. Adequate computer proficiency is also required to effectively manage examination-related departmental activities.
Assistant Professor – BPS-19
HITMS is offering 03 Assistant Professor positions. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, or Information Technology from an HEC-recognized higher education institution, in consultation with the relevant accreditation body.
Candidates must have no third division in their academic career.
The maximum age limit is 45 years. Candidates having 1–2 years of teaching or research experience may be given preference.
Lecturer – BPS-18
There are 03 Lecturer positions available. Applicants should possess a Master’s degree equivalent to 18 years of education with a minimum 3.0 CGPA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, or Information Technology from an HEC-recognized higher education institution.
Candidates must have no third division in their academic career.
The maximum age limit for this position is 35 years. Candidates with 1–2 years of teaching or research experience may be preferred.
Assistant Director QEC – BPS-17
For the Assistant Director, Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) position, candidates should preferably possess a First-Class Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education, or an equivalent qualification recognized by HEC.
The candidate must have no third division in the academic career and the maximum age limit is 35 years.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in quality assurance, particularly within a university or higher education institution. Applicants should have sound knowledge of the semester system, QEC standards and procedures, and HEC quality assurance policies and guidelines.
Personal Secretary to the Rector – BPS-17
HITMS has announced 01 position of Personal Secretary to the Rector. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education, or an equivalent qualification recognized by HEC.
Applicants must have no third division in their academic career. The maximum age limit is 35 years.
Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English and have previous experience working as a Personal Secretary in a university, institute, or with a senior executive. Candidates should also have sound knowledge of office administration and executive support.
Assistant Director Accounts – PPS-7
The Assistant Director Accounts position is available under the Project Management Unit (PMU) on a contractual basis for two years.
Candidates should have at least 16 years of education, with a Second-Class BS, BBA, or MBA (Finance) degree from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
Additional qualifications such as ACCA, ICMA, or CA (articleship completed) will be given due weightage.
The maximum age limit is 35 years.
Applicants should have at least two years of experience in audit, finance, or accounts in the government sector or a reputable firm. Candidates must have sound knowledge of modern accounting principles, public-sector/government financial rules, audit procedures, and accounting practices.
Excellent command of accounting software is also required.
Lab Instructor – BPS-16
HITMS has announced 06 Lab Instructor positions. Candidates should possess a BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or Data Science from an HEC-recognized university or degree-awarding institute.
The maximum age limit is 35 years.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in managing and troubleshooting computer laboratories and teaching lab-based courses in higher education institutions.
General Eligibility Criteria
