Deputy / Assistant Manager – Karachi

ICAP is looking for a dynamic professional who will report to the Senior Manager, Continuing Professional Development Department. The position will primarily support PAIB Committee projects and related initiatives.

The successful candidate will facilitate project execution, coordinate with stakeholders and assist with content development, meetings, reports and other activities assigned by the line manager.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be expected to:

• Manage and support the execution of projects and other activities in coordination with the line manager and PAIB sub-committees.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders while working as part of a cross-functional team.
• Develop content, record meeting minutes and draft reports.
• Ensure project deadlines are met and assigned projects are executed smoothly.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing department for creative content development.
• Use infographics, charts and other visual aids to present key takeaways.
• Create content for PAIB Committee initiatives, including post-conference materials, white papers and industry guidelines.
• Conduct research and use search optimization and suitable AI prompts to identify important updates in the finance and business sectors.
• Support research for conferences and other flagship content.
• Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should either be:

• A Certified Business Accountant (CBA) of ICAP, or
• Holder of a Master’s degree in a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university, or
