Eligibility Criteria

• At least a 2nd Class Master’s degree in a relevant subject with 16 years or higher education.

  • Psychology
  • Social Sciences
• The degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution.
• B.Ed or M.Ed qualification is required.
• At least 5 years of teaching experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a teachers’ trainer in a well-reputed organization.
• Candidates should be familiar with e-learning and instructional design for online learning.
• Applicants should be willing and able to travel outside Karachi for professional development activities.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• M.Phil in Education.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
• Cambridge educational background.
• Relevant experience in professional teacher development.

Key Responsibilities

The selected Master Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting professional development activities for faculty members of Bahria Colleges.

Major responsibilities include:

• Designing subject-specific professional training courses.
• Conducting teachers’ training courses and workshops.
• Organizing seminars and professional development sessions.
• Conducting field assessments.
• Supporting academic audits of faculty.
• Developing training content and learning activities.
• Supporting online learning through e-learning and instructional design.
• Traveling to Bahria Colleges at Karachi and outstations when required.

Employment Type

The position is offered on a full-time contract basis.
