Preference will be given to retired Armed Forces personnel with an exemplary service record and Medical Category AYE. For the Field Inspector position, preference will be given to Junior Commissioned Officers including Honorary Captain, Honorary Lieutenant, Subedar Major, Subedar, or equivalent GD personnel from Fighting Arms. For the Supervisor position, candidates should have served as Naib Subedar or equivalent GD by trade. Assistant Supervisor applicants should preferably have experience as Non-Commissioned Officers such as Havildar, Lance Havildar, Naik, or equivalent personnel from Fighting Arms.
