Military Lands & Cantonments Department, Ministry of Defence, Government of Pakistan has announced job opportunities in the Cantt Public Education System, Pano Aqil Cantt. Applications are invited from eligible male and female candidates for teaching and administrative positions. The appointments will be made on a contract basis at Pano Aqil Cantt.
Available Positions
Junior Teacher – Grades V & VI
Subjects: English, Urdu
Vacancies: 02 Female
Qualification: MA/MSc/BS with 16 years of education. BA/BSc candidates may also apply for backward areas. B.Ed is mandatory. IT skills including MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel are mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a reputed institute.
Age Limit: 25 to 55 years
Montessori Teacher – PG & Prep Classes
Vacancies: 02 Female
Qualification: MA/MSc/BS with 16 years of education. BA/BSc candidates may apply for backward areas. A one-year Montessori Diploma from a recognized institution is mandatory. IT skills including MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel are mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Montessori-level teaching experience.
Age Limit: 25 to 50 years
Senior Teacher / Subject Specialist
Subjects include Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Chemistry.
Vacancies: 04 Male/Female
Qualification: MA/MSc/BS with 16 years of education in the relevant subject. MPhil/MS with 18 years of education will be preferred. B.Ed/M.Ed is preferable. IT skills including MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel are mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a reputed school or college.
Age Limit: 30 to 55 years
Islamiyat/Nazra Teacher – Classes 1 to 5
Vacancy: 01 Female
Qualification: BA in the relevant subject with 14 years of education, or Shahadat-ul-Alamia Fil Uloom-ul-Arabia wal-Islamiya with a 16-year sanad from HEC-affiliated Wafaq-ul-Madaris.
Experience: Minimum 2 years is mandatory.
Age Limit: 30 to 55 years
Montessori Directress
Vacancies: 02 Female
The advertisement also includes Montessori Directress positions under the Cantt Public Education System at Pano Aqil Cantt.
PTI
Vacancy: 01 Male/Female
Qualification: Intermediate with 12 years of education. Coaching courses from recognized institutions and departmental/provincial/district-level coaching, player or physical training courses will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of coaching/playing experience.
Age Limit: 30 to 55 years
Admin Supervisor
Vacancy: 01 Male
Retired personnel from the Armed Forces, CAF, Police and other departments possessing the required qualification and experience may apply. Retired Army/Armed Forces candidates equivalent to SM/Subedar/Naib Subedar may be considered.
Age Limit: 45 to 55 years
Location
These vacancies are for the Cantt Public Education System, Pano Aqil Cantt, located opposite Station Market, Pano Aqil Cantt.
Contract Employment
The selected candidates will be appointed on a contract basis, and the posts will remain non-transferable. Candidates should carefully review the prescribed qualification, experience and age requirements before applying.
Applicants who were previously terminated or disengaged from any position or location within the Cantt Public Education System are not eligible to apply.

Applications must be submitted within 15 days after publication of the advertisement. Incomplete applications, applications submitted through an improper procedure, or applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test and interview. Candidates should bring attested copies of their CNIC and verified educational degrees from HEC or the relevant department at the time of interview.
No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the written test or interview.
The upper age limit will be calculated as of the closing date for submission of applications. The Military Lands & Cantonments Department reserves the right to postpone or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
