Eligibility Criteria

Manager Operations

Candidates should have a B.Sc./B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. A Master’s degree is preferred, and PEC registration is required. Candidates should generally have 10–15 years of relevant experience, including experience in power plant operations, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.

Manager I&C

Applicants should possess a B.Sc./B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. A Master’s degree is preferred, while PEC registration is required. Candidates should have approximately 10–15 years of relevant experience in E&I operations, preferably in combined-cycle or thermal power plants.

Manager Electrical

Candidates should have a relevant B.Sc./B.E. engineering qualification from an HEC-recognized university, with a Master’s degree preferred. PEC registration is required. Applicants should have 10–15 years of progressive experience, preferably in electrical operations and maintenance within power plants.

Manager Mechanical

Applicants should hold a B.Sc./B.E. in Mechanical or Power Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. A Master’s degree is preferred and PEC registration is required. Relevant candidates should have 10–15 years of experience in power plant mechanical maintenance and operations.

Manager HSE

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Occupational Health & Safety from an HEC-recognized institution. Qualifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 14001/ISO 45001, or Lead Auditor certification are preferred. Around 10–15 years of relevant experience in power plants or heavy industrial environments is required.

Manager Security

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Administration, Security Management, War Studies, Management Sciences, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university. Retired Armed Forces officers of the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or above may receive preference. The maximum age for this position is 55 years.
