District & Sessions Judge Tharparkar at Mithi has announced District & Sessions Court Tharparkar Jobs 2026 for eligible candidates having Domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of District Tharparkar. Applications are invited for various vacant positions from BPS-02 to BPS-16.
These vacancies include Stenographer, Junior Clerk, Driver, Bailiff, Naib Qasid, Farash, Chowkidar, Sweeper and Mali. Candidates who meet the prescribed qualification, age and domicile requirements can apply according to the procedure given for each post.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess Domicile and PRC/Form-D of District Tharparkar and must fulfill the qualification and age requirements prescribed for the relevant position.
For Stenographer and Junior Clerk, candidates are required to apply online through the NTS portal. Applicants must upload their CNIC front and back, Domicile/PRC Form-D, recent photograph and educational documents, including relevant marks sheets and percentage details.
Candidates applying for Driver must have a valid LTV driving license and the required driving experience. Candidates for the other posts must possess the educational qualification specified against their respective positions.
A 5% quota for persons with disabilities will be applicable, while female candidates are also encouraged to apply.
How to Apply
Candidates applying for Stenographer and Junior Clerk must complete the online application form through the official NTS website. An application processing fee of Rs. 800/- is required for these posts. The fee can be paid through the available channels mentioned in the advertisement, including 1Link 1Bill, participating banks, ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash and TCS Express counters.
Manual applications for these two positions will not be accepted and the deposited application fee is non-refundable.
Candidates applying for Serial Nos. 03 to 10 must submit applications on the prescribed form. The form can be obtained from the official website of District & Sessions Court Tharparkar. Attested copies of educational documents, CNIC, Domicile/PRC and two recent passport-size photographs must be submitted by hand or through post/courier to:

Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application form for each position.
Age Relaxation
The cut-off date for calculation of age is 11 September 2026, which is also the closing date for applications.
Candidates already serving in Government service who meet the eligibility criteria may apply through the proper channel. Candidates having three years’ experience in any Government department will have an age limit of 21 to 30 years for Stenographer and Junior Clerk, and 20 to 30 years for Serial Nos. 03 to 10.
Candidates up to five years over the prescribed age limit may have their individual cases submitted to the Honourable Chief Justice of the High Court of Sindh for approval of upper-age relaxation, subject to the conditions mentioned in the advertisement.
Selection Process
Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will proceed to the relevant recruitment stages. The test date, time and other recruitment information for the NTS posts will be communicated through SMS and uploaded on the NTS portal.
Candidates should regularly check the official portal and their mobile messages for updates regarding the test, roll number slips and results.
Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test or interview. The decision of the Selection Committee will be final, and the number of vacancies may be increased or decreased without prior notice.
