Sindh School Reconstruction Project Jobs 2026 have been announced by the Project Director PSDP/ADP Scheme No. 7, School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh. Applications are invited from qualified, skilled and experienced professionals for several project-based positions related to the reconstruction and rehabilitation of schools affected by the 2022 rains and floods in Sindh.
The project covers the construction/reconstruction of 833 existing school units across Sindh. The announced vacancies are purely contractual, and selected professionals will be engaged on the basis of their qualifications, relevant experience and performance.
Sindh School Reconstruction Project Jobs 2026
The Project Director PSDP/ADP Scheme is seeking experienced professionals for communication, monitoring, MIS, accounts and finance, technical monitoring, and monitoring and evaluation functions. Applicants must possess relevant academic qualifications from recognized institutions and meet the required post-qualification experience.
The recruitment and evaluation of applications will be carried out in accordance with the applicable SPPRA Rules. Candidates with previous experience of development projects, donor-funded programs, school construction, infrastructure projects and Government of Sindh SE&LD projects will receive preference where specified.
Available Positions
Manager Communication – PPS-09
Manager Communication is one of the senior project positions, with 1 vacancy. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, Economics, Media Management, Documentary Film Production, Video/Media Editing or a related field.
Applicants should have at least 7 years of progressive experience in relevant communication or media-related work. Additional professional certifications in communication, media management or related areas will be considered an advantage.
Monitoring Officer (Divisional Level) – PPS-07
The project requires 6 Monitoring Officers at the divisional level. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 16 years of education in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project implementation, school building construction, contracts and monitoring is required. Professionals with practical exposure to construction monitoring and project implementation will be suitable for this role.
Senior Data Entry Computer Operator – PPS-06
There are 11 vacancies for Senior Data Entry Computer Operators. Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 16 years of education in Computer Science or a related field from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Senior Data Entry Computer Operator or performing similar responsibilities in a public or private organization. Experience involving data management and administrative responsibilities will be relevant to this position.
Consultant Technical (Monitoring) – PPS-11
The position of Consultant Technical (Monitoring) carries 1 vacancy. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent 16-year education, in Civil Engineering or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized Pakistani or foreign university.
Applicants must possess at least 15 years of experience in project implementation, contracts and monitoring related to school building construction. Preference will be given to professionals who have previously worked with development partners and have experience with School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD) projects.
Consultant Technical – PPS-11

Center Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist – PPS-10
One position of Center Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist is available. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies or a related field.
Applicants should have at least 7 years of progressive experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably involving development projects. The advertisement gives preference to candidates with experience working on donor-funded projects, including programs implemented through INGOs, NGOs or government organizations.
Knowledge of Results-Based Management (RBM), logical frameworks, indicators, data collection tools and surveys is particularly relevant to this position.
Manager MIS – PPS-09
The project requires 1 Manager MIS. Candidates should hold a Master’s or MBA degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Data Management, Statistics, Management or a related discipline.
Applicants should have at least 7 years of experience in MIS, GIS, information systems or data management, preferably in a large donor-funded development project. Professional certifications, particularly in GIS/MIS, will be considered an additional qualification.
Manager Accounts & Finance – PPS-09
One position of Manager Accounts & Finance is available. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Business Administration.
The required experience is at least 7 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in development or donor-funded projects. Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
Candidates with practical experience in ERP/FMIS, financial systems, budgeting, financial reporting, audits, compliance and financial management will be preferred. Experience with UN agencies, INGOs, NGOs or public-sector development programs is also considered valuable.
Contract-Based Employment
All positions announced under the project will be filled on a purely contractual basis. The appointments may be extended depending on satisfactory performance and project requirements.
The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, modify or cancel the number of advertised positions without assigning any reason.
Only candidates who are shortlisted after evaluation of their applications will be invited for the test or interview process. Applicants called for an interview must bring their original educational and experience documents along with attested copies.
Sindh Domicile Requirement
