Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the qualification and age requirements prescribed for their selected position.
Applicants must be bona fide residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province and Newly Merged Districts.
Instructor positions require relevant Bachelor’s-level qualifications.
Junior Instructor positions require the relevant DAE/Diploma qualification.
Shop Assistant positions require SSC along with the relevant trade qualification/certificate.
Candidates must fulfill the eligibility requirements by the last date for receipt of applications.
Degrees, diplomas, experience certificates and testimonials from unrecognized institutions will not be accepted.
Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalent certificate from HEC.

Eligible candidates should apply online through the Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA) website.
Visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online for the relevant post.
Candidates must first create their profile on the ETEA website.
Before applying/depositing the fee, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk).
After successful submission of the online application, an online deposit slip containing the token number, project code and personal information will be generated.
Print the deposit slip and pay the prescribed non-refundable test fee through the Easypaisa app, Easypaisa Agent, or any branch of UBL Bank.
Keep the original candidate copy of the deposit slip with the bank’s required stamp.
Do not send documents or testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online.
Candidates who qualify the screening test will provide copies of documents when required by the appointing authority for scrutiny.
Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately for each post and pay a separate fee.

Important Instructions
Appointment will be made purely on a project basis for two years under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Policy.
Selected candidates will not have any right to permanent recruitment or regularization based on this project engagement.
Candidates will initially be allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted later.
Candidates found ineligible at any stage may be disqualified.
Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will subsequently be screened according to the eligibility criteria.
Interview call letters will be issued only to shortlisted candidates.
Merit will be determined on the basis of the ETEA test and other criteria under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Policy.
Late applications will not be entertained.
Incomplete applications or applications containing fake documents/information may be rejected at any stage.
Government and semi-government employees should apply through the proper channel.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
Age relaxation will be allowed according to existing Government rules.
Test date, time and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
ETEA will inform candidates through SMS to download and print their Roll No. Slips.
