Directorate of People’s Poverty Reduction, Planning & Development Department, Government of Sindh has announced a Junior Clerk (BPS-11) position for eligible candidates having Sindh domicile. Qualification and Experience
Candidates must have Graduation in 2nd Division (14 years of education) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Applicants must also possess a six-month certificate course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education or Trade Testing Board.
Candidates must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of the respective category conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks and possess the required STS certificate.
General Conditions
Applications must be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
The age of applicants will be calculated from the closing date of applications. A five-year general upper-age relaxation is applicable according to the Government of Sindh notification dated March 6, 2025.
Reserved quotas for initial appointment will be observed according to the applicable Government of Sindh rules and policies.
Candidates already serving in government departments must obtain an NOC from their respective department before submitting the application and must produce the original NOC at the time of interview.
The appointment will be made according to the Government of Sindh policy notified on April 26, 2023, under the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973 and applicable rules.
Shortlisted/eligible applicants will be required to appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with their original documents according to the interview schedule uploaded on the Job Portal.
No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
