Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must possess at least 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Social Sciences, Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Statistics, Public Administration, Business Administration, or another closely related discipline. Preference may be given to candidates holding advanced certifications in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, or Economics.

Candidates should have at least eight years of relevant professional experience in monitoring and evaluation of social protection, poverty alleviation, development programs, or public sector projects. Applicants should also have experience in logical framework development, survey design, data quality assessment, project monitoring, stakeholder coordination, training, and evaluation activities.
