Eligibility Criteria

Director – Investors Services

• Master’s degree with 16 years of education in Marketing, Business, Economics, Law, Public Policy or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in investment facilitation, trade promotion or reforms.
• Maximum age: 45 years as of 5 October 2026.
• No age relaxation.

Manager – Marketing, Promotion, Trade & Investment

• Master’s degree with 16 years of education in Marketing, Project Management, International Trade, Economics, Business or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in trade and investment promotion or equivalent.
• Maximum age: 40 years as of 5 October 2026.
• No age relaxation.

Assistant Manager – Marketing & Promotion

• Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant marketing/promotion experience.
• Maximum age: 35 years.
• No age relaxation.

Assistant Manager – Special Investment

• Master’s degree with 16 years of education in Economics, Business, Public Policy or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in investment research, project development or equivalent.
• Maximum age: 40 years.
• No age relaxation.

Manager – IT

• Master’s degree with 16 years of education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant IT management experience.

Contract and Salary

All advertised positions are offered on a contract basis. Contract renewal will depend on system-based performance ranking against defined KPIs.

Selected candidates will receive an attractive market-based salary package according to the position and organization policy.

Domicile Requirement

Only candidates having Sindh Province domicile are eligible to apply for these vacancies.

Written Test and Application Fee

Eligible candidates will be required to appear in a written test conducted by IBA Karachi in Karachi.

The screening/test fee is:

Rs. 3,500/-

The fee must be deposited through the generated fee voucher in any branch of Meezan Bank Limited in the designated IBA Karachi account.

The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
