Candidates should possess a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC in fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, IT Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Enterprise Systems, Digital Transformation or another closely related discipline.
The position requires 16 years of education and at least 7 years of post-qualification professional experience.
Candidates with experience in government organizations, IT/digital transformation, healthcare management, hospital administration or related environments will be considered suitable. Additional qualifications or professional certifications in healthcare, health information management or hospital administration may be advantageous.
The successful candidate should have experience in enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, healthcare automation, digital health, HIMS/HMIS, IT service management, telemedicine and enterprise technology solutions.
Experience with enterprise applications, mobile systems integration, APIs, databases, analytics, cloud and data-center infrastructure, cybersecurity and disaster recovery is also required.
The candidate should also understand healthcare workflows and administrative processes, including HR, finance, procurement, attendance, pharmacy inventory, asset management, OPD, referrals, diagnostics, patient confidentiality, data governance and management reporting.
Experience in TOR/RFP preparation, technical evaluation, vendor management, SLA management, data migration, system acceptance testing, user training and support will be valuable for this role.
Senior Consultant – Data & Infrastructure

A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be preferred.
Candidates should have strong professional exposure to enterprise networking, network security, virtualization, Linux/Windows Server administration, enterprise infrastructure, cloud computing, storage, data-center operations and IT service management.
Experience in designing, implementing and managing enterprise infrastructure or IT projects is required. Exposure to multi-site networks, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, virtualization, servers, storage, backup systems, monitoring, high availability and disaster recovery will be highly relevant.
The role also requires understanding of cybersecurity controls, incident response, capacity planning and 24/7 operational support.
Experience with site surveys, BOQ preparation, TOR/RFP development, technical evaluations, OEM/ISP and vendor management, SLA monitoring and acceptance testing will be beneficial.

The selected professional should possess strong experience in software architecture, technical leadership, solution design, database management, application management, cloud application development, DevOps, cybersecurity and project management.
Candidates should also have practical experience with web applications, mobile applications, APIs, relational databases, reporting and analytics, source control, CI/CD and secure software development and deployment.
Experience with enterprise systems such as HIMS/HMIS, telemedicine platforms, ERP, HRMS, finance systems or other enterprise applications will be preferred.
The position also requires an understanding of healthcare workflows and administrative operations involving HR, finance, procurement, attendance, pharmacy inventory, asset management, OPD, referrals, diagnostics, patient confidentiality, data governance and management reporting.
