The Sindh People’s Housing for Flood Affectees (SPHF) program is receiving attention for its new survey and beneficiary-verification process. The SPHF program is a major Sindh Government housing initiative aimed at providing climate-resilient homes to flood-affected families. The Government of Sindh reports that more than 1.2 million houses are under construction and hundreds of thousands have already been completed.
