School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh has announced new employment opportunities under the PSDP/ADP Scheme No. 2287 of 2026-27 for the Reconstruction of Existing Schools Damaged Due to Monsoon/Rainfall 2022 (833 Units). The Project Director’s Office is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified, experienced and capable professionals for several senior-level positions.

These Sindh Government Jobs 2026 are being offered purely on a contract basis. Selected professionals will receive performance-based remuneration according to the nature of their responsibilities and experience. Applications will be evaluated in accordance with the applicable SPPRA Rules.

The project provides an opportunity for experienced professionals in technical management, monitoring and evaluation, MIS, finance, communication, project implementation and IT-related fields to work on an important education infrastructure project in Sindh.

Consultant Technical – PPS-11

Number of Posts: 01

Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree/equivalent with 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Project Implementation, Construction or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

Applicants should have approximately 15 years of relevant experience in school building construction, project implementation, construction or related technical fields. Experience with monitoring activities and working with development partners or School Education & Literacy Department projects will be preferred.

Consultant Technical (Monitoring) – PPS-11

Number of Posts: 01

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree/equivalent with 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Project Implementation, Construction or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.

A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in monitoring, construction, school building projects or project implementation is required. Candidates who have worked with development partners and SE&LD projects will be given preference.

Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist – PPS-10

Number of Posts: 01

Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences or another relevant discipline from a recognized institution.

The position requires at least 7 years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably involving development projects and donor-funded projects. Experience with INGOs, NGOs or UN organizations will be an advantage.

Candidates should have practical knowledge of results-based management, logical frameworks, indicators tracking, data collection tools and surveys.

Manager MIS – PPS-09

Number of Posts: 01

Applicants should possess a Master’s degree/MBA or equivalent in MIS, MIS Management, GIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.

At least 7 years of relevant experience is required, particularly in MIS, GIS, information systems, data management or development/donor-funded projects.

Relevant professional certifications, particularly in GIS/MIS, and experience with donor-funded projects will be considered an additional advantage.

Manager Accounts & Finance – PPS-09

Number of Posts: 01

Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.

The position requires at least 7 years of relevant professional experience in accounts and finance. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on development or donor-funded projects.

Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CMA, FMIS/ERP-based financial management experience or equivalent relevant expertise will be considered an advantage.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, audits and financial compliance.

Manager Communication – PPS-09

Number of Posts: 01

Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in Communication, Business Communication, Media Management, Administration, Economics or a relevant field.

A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in communication, media management or related areas is required.

Candidates with experience in documentary production, news/media content, video editing, communication management and media-related activities will be preferred. Additional professional certifications or relevant specialized experience will also be considered beneficial.

Monitoring Officer (Divisional Level) – PPS-07

Number of Posts: 06

Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 16 years of education in Civil Engineering or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.

Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project implementation, monitoring or school building construction-related activities.

Experience with NGOs, INGOs, UN agencies or major public-sector programmes will be preferred. Candidates should be capable of monitoring project activities and reporting progress at the divisional level.

Senior Computer Operator / Computer Programmer – PPS-06

Number of Posts: 01

Applicants should hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 16 years of education in Computer Science or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Computer Operator or in similar administrative and computer-related responsibilities within a public or private organization is required.

Candidates should be capable of handling computer operations, data management and related administrative IT responsibilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the educational and professional experience requirements specified for their desired position. Degrees must be obtained from recognized institutions, and where applicable, qualifications should be recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

The positions are intended for experienced professionals who can contribute effectively to the implementation, monitoring, financial management, communication and technical supervision of the school reconstruction project.

Contract Period and Salary

All advertised positions are offered on a purely contractual basis. The selected candidates will be appointed according to the project requirements and applicable government policies.

Compensation will be determined according to the relevant position, professional experience, qualifications and project requirements. Employment will remain subject to satisfactory performance.

The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, modify or cancel any advertised position without assigning a reason.

Domicile Requirement

Only candidates holding a valid Sindh domicile are eligible to apply for these positions.
