Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess the required educational qualifications, relevant professional certifications, and practical experience related to the post they are applying for.
Senior Manager – PMU
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Registered Professional Engineer with PEC.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
- Experience leading mega construction projects will be preferred.
- Age: 38–55 years.
Manager Civil
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- PEC Registration mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Age: 30–45 years.
Manager MEP
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer.
- At least 10 years of experience in major construction and infrastructure projects.
- Age: 30–45 years.
Manager IT
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with ICT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, AV systems, or smart building technologies.
- Experience in large public infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
- Age: 30–45 years.
Manager BIM
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in BIM software.
- Minimum 8 years of BIM implementation experience.
- Age: 30–45 years.
Manager Finance
- MBA Finance, ACCA, ACMA, CFA, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, infrastructure projects, or public sector development projects.
- Strong understanding of government financial procedures and procurement systems.
- Age: 30–45 years.
Documentation Officer
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Architecture, Engineering, HR Management, Library Sciences, or Social Sciences.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with BIM-enabled documentation systems will be an added advantage.
- Age: 30–40 years.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the position, selected professionals may be responsible for:
- Managing large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.
- Supervising civil, structural, architectural, and MEP activities.
- Monitoring project timelines, quality standards, and progress reports.
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and government departments.
- Managing financial planning, budgeting, and procurement.
- Implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems.
- Maintaining project records through Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
- Preparing technical reports, presentations, and management summaries.
