Technical IT Specialist (PITE – Nawabshah)
The selected consultant will support digital learning initiatives, education technology systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and monitoring platforms under the SELECT Project.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Systems, or a related field.
- Candidates with a Master’s degree or 16 years of education in a relevant discipline will be given preference.
Required Experience
Applicants must have at least five years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Information Technology systems
- Dashboard management and reporting
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Mobile or web application support
- Education Management Information Systems (EMIS/MIS)
- Digital education platforms
- Online course administration
- Data management and reporting
- User support and technical troubleshooting
- Capacity building and IT training
Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked with government education departments, teacher training institutes, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs, or internationally funded education projects.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of:

Key Responsibilities
The Technical IT Specialist will be responsible for:

- Providing technical assistance to users and resolving system issues.
- Assisting with digitization of educational content.
- Preparing reports and maintaining project databases.
