Community Resilience Officer / Field Worker (Female)

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in community mobilization, disaster risk reduction (DRR), resilience-building programs, or related development projects.
  • Strong field facilitation and community engagement skills are preferred.

Field Facilitator (Female)

Number of Posts: 2

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture or an equivalent discipline from a recognized university.

Experience

  • At least one year of relevant experience in agriculture, rural development, or agriculture-related projects.
