Eligibility Criteria
Operations Manager
Applicants should have:
- Minimum 16 years of education in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing municipal solid waste operations.
- Strong knowledge of waste collection, transportation, sanitation systems, and field team management.
- Good understanding of environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and stakeholder coordination.
Manual Sweeping Contractors
Candidates must possess:
- At least a Matric qualification.
- Three to five years of experience in sanitation services or manpower management.
- Ability to recruit, organize, and supervise large teams of sanitary workers.
- Preference will be given to applicants with their own transportation.
Field Supervisors
Applicants should have:
- Intermediate or higher qualification.
- Two to three years of experience supervising sanitation or municipal operations.
- Ability to monitor field activities, staff attendance, daily performance, and operational reporting.
- Candidates with a motorcycle license and personal transport will be preferred.
Door-to-Door Collection Supervisors
Eligible candidates should have:
- Intermediate or above qualification.
- At least two years of experience in door-to-door waste collection or sanitation management.
- Experience supervising collection teams and maintaining daily operational records.
- Strong communication and public dealing skills.
- Preference for candidates with a valid motorcycle license and own vehicle.
