Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess at least a Graduation degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university or institution. Preference will be given to candidates having an Accounting or Finance background for the Credit Officer position.
Experience Required
- Credit Officer: Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Banking, SME Banking, or Risk Management.
- Processing Officer: Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking or Financial Institutions. Experience in Corporate, Commercial, SME, Agriculture Financing, or Risk Management will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Credit and financial statement analysis.
- Knowledge of Commercial and SME financing.
- Awareness of SBP Prudential Regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of MS Office applications.
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
