Required Qualification
Applicants should possess a BE degree, preferably an ME, in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.
Experience Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in shipbuilding, project planning, production planning, or heavy engineering. Applicants should have strong knowledge of shipbuilding processes, production scheduling, project scheduling, resource planning, progress monitoring, and modern shipbuilding practices.
Experience with planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, ERP systems, or other project planning software will be preferred. Candidates should also be capable of interpreting engineering drawings, production schedules, project documentation, and should possess excellent leadership and management skills.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for this position is up to 55 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit may be granted to exceptional candidates in accordance with the organization’s policy.
