• Promoting a learning culture throughout the bank.
• Organizing and supervising training hub activities and developing required courses.
• Ensuring suitable training infrastructure is available for effective program delivery.
• Coordinating with internal, external and State Bank of Pakistan auditors when required.
• Evaluating college staff against assigned targets and the bank’s appraisal policy.
• Preparing monthly training calendars aligned with the Training Needs Analysis and Annual Training Plan.
• Ensuring staff complete mandatory training within defined timelines.
• Reporting training data to the Learning and Development Division on a monthly basis.

• Performing other duties assigned by the Divisional Head.

Employment Terms

The position will be offered on a contractual basis for an initial period of three years. The contract may be renewed at the discretion of management.
