Eligibility Criteria

1. Manager Admin & HR

• Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education), preferably in HRM, Business Administration or Public Administration from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations and general administration.
• Vacancies: 1

2. Manager Business Development

• Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education), preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in business development, client acquisition, space or venue sales, event marketing and revenue generation.
• Vacancies: 1

3. Manager MEP

• Qualification: B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a PEC-recognized institution. Valid PEC registration is required.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in the operation and maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, firefighting and allied building services.

4. Manager Civil

• Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a PEC-recognized institution. Valid PEC registration is required.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in civil works execution, building maintenance, repair and renovation, BOQ preparation and contractor supervision.

5. Manager Finance

• Qualification: ACA, ACMA or CA (Finalist).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit coordination and statutory compliance, preferably in the public sector.

6. Assistant Manager ERP

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, MIS or a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in ERP implementation, configuration and support, particularly in Finance, HR, Inventory or Procurement modules, along with reporting and data migration.

7. Network Operator

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science or IT, or DAE in Computer/Electronics with relevant certification (CCNA or equivalent preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in network operations, LAN/WAN administration, CCTV and IP systems, hardware support and helpdesk operations.
