Qualification: Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration or a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education), or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized local or foreign institute/university, with at least 60% marks. Experience with a reputable Takaful or insurance organization will be preferred. Candidates having knowledge of Takaful product development, underwriting, claims, Takaful operations, Takaful Window, re-Takaful, regulatory requirements and Shariah compliance will have an advantage.
